On Thursday, September 5, 2018, a citizen came into the Francis Command Police Station in Frederiksted to make a missing person report. Officers then made a welfare check at the victim’s apartment at Mutual Homes Housing Grove Place, where they discovered the body of 29-year-old Akuojo J. Jackman in the apartment’s living room
with several gunshots wounds to the body. Officers also discovered that Jackman’s vehicle, a blue Mazda 3, was missing from the parking lot of the victim’s apartment building.

Chris Prentis “Mobo”, age 38, race black, is missing from his home on St.Thomas. Chris was last seen on 09/04/18 in St. John and is know to be 5’8” tall, 210 lbs., medium build, with dark brown eyes and short brown hair. Chris has scars on his throat and stomach,
