On June 20,2019 at 1201a.m., 911 dispatched police after receiving a call of shots fired in the Profit Hills housing community on St. Croix, USVI. Police arrived and reported that they didn’t see any evidence of shots being fired.

At 6:22a.m., 911 received calls of a man down at the entrance of Profit Hills Housing Community (Harvey Project). Upon officer’s arrival they discovered the body of an unresponsive Hispanic male who was later identified by his next of kin as 39 years old Victor Gonzales. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, at approximately 11:25 p.m., a citizen called and reported shots fired in the area of Edward Wilmoth Blyden Marine Terminal, located on Veterans Drive, St. Thomas, USVI. Units from the Richard N. Callwood Command and units from the Criminal Investigation Bureau responded and discovered an unresponsive black male lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds about his body. Emergency Medical Technicians were on scene and concluded that the male did not have any vital signs. Next of kin identified the male as thirty (30) year old CURTIS Q. FREDERICKS Jr.
