Crime Stoppers USVI is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a woman reported missing by her family. Wanda Rivas, 47, was last seen on May 17, 2016, in the vicinity of The Ice Cream Shoppe in the Sunny Isle Shopping Center. At the time she was wearing a red, blue and white striped blouse with blue jeans. Rivas is a Hispanic woman who stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
