On July 21, 2019 citizens called call 911 Emergency Call Center at approximately 7:47PM of shots fired Queen Mary Highway, Castle Coakley, vicinity of the American Red Cross . Officers responded and discovered an unresponsive black male individual with multiple gunshots wounds to the body. The victim who was identified by family members as 28- years-old Rabbhi D. Mouqete, succumbed to his injuries and died. The Criminal Investigations Bureau needs your help and anyone with information who saw something please contact the CIB Detectives.
On Sunday, June 25, 2017, at approximately 2315 hrs., St. Thomas officers from the Richard N. Callwood Command traveled to the area of Estate Lerkenlund in reference to a gunshot victim. Upon arrival on the scene, officers observed an unresponsive black male with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds about his body. Emergency Medical Technicians concluded that the male did not have any vital signs; his next of kin identified him as twenty-two (22) year old Vascott David.
