On Thursday, November 8, 2018, the body of 67-year-old Joseph Mark Graffis, was discovered in the Little La Grange area of Frederiksted by police, after a welfare check was conducted as requested by a concerned citizen. Neighbors became concerned after hearing several shots fired two days prior. Joseph M Graffis was discovered near his home with what appeared to be bullet wounds to his body according to police. $10,000 REWARD BEING OFFERED FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST OF THE INDIVIDUAL OR INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HOMICIDE.

On Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at approximately 6:10 p.m., 911 Call Center received a call of shots fired in the area of 7th Street, Sugar Estate, St. Thomas, USVI. Police officers traveled to the area and discovered the lifeless body of JASON EUSTACHE who sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
