MISSING PERSON: SOKOTTO CLENDINEN was last seen in the vicinity of 2E-28A West Caret Bay, St. Thomas wearing black basketball pants, no shirt, and no shoes. This male is 18yrs old and possibly has a mental condition. He is slim built, 5’6″, brown skin.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at around 6:42pm VIPD Police Officers responded to a call of shots fired on Queen Mary Highway (Center Line Road) in the vicinity of Estates St. George and Diamond where they discovered a white-colored Honda Civic with a bullet hole in the passenger side window. The vehicle had struck a tree and came to a halt west of Bellows International.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Dave Edwards of Estate Whim, who was found unresponsive and later pronounce dead. Mr. Edwards was gunned down in what appears to be a rush-hour, drive by shooting.
