On February 12, 2017 at approximately 9:30 p.m. St. Thomas Police responded to reports of shots fired near Home Depot, and a male on the ground. Upon officers’ arrival to the scene contact was made with an unresponsive, black male that was lying face down with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his upper body. Emergency medical technicians arrived to the scene and pronounced the victim dead. The male was later identified as 48-year-old Don A. Richards of Anna’s Retreat. Please help police solve this case.

On Thursday, March 29, 2018, at around 12:42pm, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call reporting an unresponsive male in a remote area of Estate Hogensborg, Frederiksted. Officers at the scene discovered the body of a black male, identified by his mother as Robert Bascus Jr, 23. According to police report, Robert Bascus Jr. was kidnapped before being brutally murdered.
