On October 25, 2015, the body of 20 year old Kimoy Lynch was found by police with multiple gunshot wounds on Half Penny Beach,St. Croix. Police were responding to a call of shots fired and upon arrival they discovered Lynch’s body. Please help bring this investigation to a close.

On February 12, 2017 at approximately 9:30 p.m. Police responded to reports of shots fired near Home Depot, and a male on the ground.

Upon officers’ arrival to the scene contact was made with an unresponsive, black male that was lying face down with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his upper body. Emergency medical technicians arrived to the scene and pronounced the victim dead.

The male was later identified as 48-year-old Don A. Richards of Anna’s Retreat. Please help police solve this case.
