On October 3, 2014, at around 8:50AM, police were dispatched to an Estate Grove Place home regarding an overnight shooting that claimed the life of Shukura St. Louis, 33 years old. When police arrived at the victim’s home, which she shares with her mother, the mother told officers that she heard a gunshot sometime after midnight, but had not given it much thought. She awoke that morning to find her daughter unresponsive with a gunshot wound to her body. Ms. St. Louis was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives with the Cold Case Unit St. Croix, urge the public to come forward with any information that could assist them solve this case.

On Saturday, January 26, 2019, Valda Llewellyn was present at the Leander Jurgen Command in St. John, USVI and reported her son, KHOY JIMENEZ missing. Ms. Llewellyn stated that Khoy left their home in Tortola, BVI on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, and traveled to St. John, USVI, to go hiking on the trails and she has not heard from him since.

Ms. Llewellyn stated that they have searched the trails in St. John with assistance from the Virgin Islands National Park but they could not locate her son. Ms. Llewellyn stated that Khoy is twenty-six (26) years old, approximately 5’ 4”, about 190 pounds, shoulder length locks, a tattoo of a lion on his right arm and a tattoo of the number 100 (red in color) on the right side of his neck.
